Spot of gardening

Another glorious day.  I sowed some seeds three weeks ago, no shoots yet.  How long do they take to start showing?  I don't have green fingers and I suspect I've planted them in the wrong type of soil or something.  Daughter treated us to take-away pizza tonight and we watched "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". What a classic, it's the third time I've seen it and I enjoy it more and more each time.  Just polished off a whole pack of Waitrose Salted Caramel Giant Chocolate Buttons.  And I wonder why I can't lose weight.......
