Every stage has its beauty and purpose. 
Those at the first stages, may not see the point of those at the later stages and don't see any attraction beyond their own.
Those at the later stages may look at the youngsters with pity and envy.
Why don't we just enjoy the stage we are at, appreciate those who went before us and support those come behind?
