Quince Blossom

This year our quince tree is covered in blossom so hopefully , after last year's non existent crop, we should return to a good quince harvest. Maybe the tree was just having a rest!

Shopping was the easiest it has been since the lockdown. No queues to enter the store or at paying time. Shelves full except for flour and sanitizer sections. I even got some lovely fresh sardines and a disposable BBQ to cook on this evening. And following Rick Stein's advice a Provence rose wine!
