Hung Out to Dry 2

Popular theme for me at the moment. Seeing today was to be the hottest day of the year, time to wash my proper towels. 

A pain to hand wash and so heavy when they are sopping wet. Mr B wrung them out and they hung on the balcony all day in the sun. Who knows when we’ll use them again without the luxury of a washing machine.

Hung the pegs on my Ikea washing frame, and inspired to use them for Admirer’s Abstract Thursday challenge* (*which has an optional theme ‘flora, anything plant-like and abstract)

Been a fabulous day (another one)  Sunny, blue skies and a pleasant breeze. And the heartless, inconsiderate, selfish ******* have been out. Meanwhile the government briefings continue to thank everyone for staying at home.

Today the Oxford University vaccine testing on humans commenced. Early days. Have enough to keep me busy at home for months, but this increasingly feels like a lost year.
