Crow with nesting material.

It was starting to nest in one of our chimneys.   Now it, or it's partner is scraping around behind our dining room gas fire.
I have 3 chioces:-  Do nothing and it will die soon, Put the fire on and hasten it's departure.   Dismantle the fire and get it out and released.    Ho, hum????
