Bittersweet

Lacking a better blip today (and a good night's sleep)...

Unbeknownst to me, my dear friend The Fox stopped by to leave these dark chocolates outside for me. She knew I haven't had chocolate for about 3 weeks and was craving it.  While I was delighted to find the chocolate, I was sorry I missed seeing her through the window while I was engaged in a zoom meeting.

Not that I was in a hurry or anything, I ripped open one box wearing a plastic bag over my hand.  Ooooh....she spoiled me.  I usually only eat 86%, but was delighted to receive these, especially from her, one of the most thoughtful people I know.

Assertive, with a strong finish...these will make me more full-bodied perhaps than I'd like.
