New tea

I am trying this new tea today which is very nice! My friend Emma got me a load of different teas for my birthday and they are all in beautiful little boxes! This one looked particularly nice and is calming me down after a long day of meetings, lectures and work for the conference tomorrow.
Paper is still too long for the conference by about 8 minutes so I'm working on chopping out a load of words. Also worried about what I should wear! I've had lots of advice and suggestions but still struggling. Looks like it will be a last minute decision tomorrow morning!
I also have news on my upgrade interview! It will take place around the beginning of February but still no fixed date. Though I was told that I was doing well today by one of the people reading my thesis! Yay!
Must battle on now to make sure that I'm still the best phd student ever!
