She’s getting used to us being around - but that doesn’t mean she appreciates the full emotional range on offer.

And it was quite an emotional range today with the discovery of yet another overdue social science assignment. On the bright side- got to finally see Rabbit Proof Fence after she foolishly admitted her friends reported the movie was irrelevant to a discussion of the Stolen Generation and I sensed a trip to Wikipedia was in the air. I’ve always wanted to see the movie and was glad to finally get the chance.

That was last night.Today, she got the assignment submitted (hopefully) and we finally go to test out Jackbox Games, her current obsession. She loved it!

We watched The English Game while she exercise, dancing (we had ridden to Manuka to reorganise our home loan).

FinishedThe Weekend at last - well written but a little disappointing. Very Ok, Boomer, “only connect” with the female characters from The Waves. The characterisation and setting were excellent, it was vaguely amusing, but I wish they’d been able to bond over something other than their failures.
