Success from Failure!

My first attempt at making fresh gnocchi at home was almost a disaster.


I didn't get enough flour into the dough; you have to keep stretching the mix and adding it far more than I did.


When I tried to boil some they turned to soggy mashed potato.  However they were ideal for frying, with pomodorino sauce and fresh basil!
