We went slightly further afield for our Government scheduled walk to Locko Park and discovered this abandoned...Folly? Something. 

It was lovely to see that the ducks had started having ducklings.We were dismayed to see two tractors going over the grass, one dragging up the dandelions and the other one flattening it into stripes though. I get that if you have a stately manor you'll want some sweeping lawns but the amount of land they have means if they even left one field to grow long, the help for the local wildlife would be great, it's such a shame to see what are essentially barren environments. 

I do hope that the clean air and time for reflection means that the environment will at least have a break and hopefully this will allow some changes to happen when this is all over.
