Ipswich waterfront - old derelict factory

Sunday morning was a great day for photography down on the waterfront. So camera bag packed I made my way through the town to capture a set of varied images to reflect the mix of old and new build as part of regeneration.
This image is of an old derelict factory warehouse unit next to a high value apartment block.
Taken with my Canon 7D with a 17-55 / Canon 2.8 lens.
