Room at the top

This is the almost complete "walkie talkie" building in Fenchurch St London. At first glance nothing special but look closer. There are more windows at the top of the building than there are lower down. This is actually wider at the top than the bottom. I can't begin to think of the stresses going on in this amazing structure.
