Notes: Around the condo most of the day - made a Plant Paradox artisan bread . Mic home mid-afternoon and we made a count list and headed to Lowe's for a bathroom mirror and all the new style white outlets/switches. Back and made grass-fed beef sliders on the homemade bread with bacon, parmigiana reggiano, avocado, arugula and drizzle of olive oil. Mic roasted the cauliflower as our veggie - was quite good!
