Pink Rhododendrons

Practically all the rhododendrons and azaleas in the garden are in flower now, a lovely feast of colour. They're early like everything and usually we miss their party display because they will bloom when we are in Scotland. Obviously there is no trip to Scotland now, but the silver lining is that it's a delight to be able to see the garden in all its colour. And finally a bit of good news, in so far that Fumiko's visit pass to Singapore has been extended until 1st of July. Wasn't easy, she had to go alone and despite her having an appointment she was initially refused entry and had to wait  4 hours before meeting an official. At least they'll have some time without having to worry so much. I baked a creamcake to celebrate (see extra) but DJ says while it's ok I wouldn't win any Bake-Off with it ;-)
