A village Thank You.

Oh what a beautiful morning.
Today the wind has dropped, and the weather is perfect.

We extended our walk to the next village today, and had a walk round the pond.
The Canada goose is still on the nest. Noticed the water has gone down. Also not as many ducks about.
Walked to the village green. Cherry trees looking beautiful. Then noticed this sign.
Not sure, but may have been done by the school.

Our neighbour brought us some ice cream and fresh salmon fillets from M& S.
The strawberries yesterday were so delicious.
Had a true strawberry taste, and so soft and juicy. Perfect with the cream. We ate them all!
( May order 2 lots next week)

Have enjoyed sitting out in the garden, but the sun is too strong for me, so need the shade.

We are so lucky with the weather.
Just need to water the pots again, but I’m not complaining.
