Difficult Day

Not an easy day today. Cut my hair, longish shower & painted my nails.

I would have normally had a packed lunch, flask, camera & disappeared somewhere quiet, but the back garden is my sanctuary at the moment.

Pears, ice roll, grated chocolate on top with trifle fingers & a glass of pineapple juice.

Chilling to the Best of M People.

Having to sit in the shade as was beginning to burn, will need to add sun cream to next shop walk.

Need to take a rest from all the negative stuff on TV & social media, will still do a Blip.
