LD 32 Arran in Blue

A fortnight ago today Cathleen and I undertook our first run to deliver prescriptions from the doctor's surgery in Tighnabruiach to people in Colintraive and Glendaruel  and the weather was good, though the trees were still largely bare .     Today was like summer (20 degrees and mostly blue skies)  and Spring has certainly arrived everywhere you look.  

I took this from the road down into the village with the island, the sky and the water all shades of blue.   It took us about an hour and a half to pick up and deliver to 13 households , covering just over 40 miles - another reminder of the distances in this community, and many others in Argyll & Bute.
