Dappled light

After my  morning walk, a rather strenuous yoga session.  Quite difficult to see what the teacher is doing when you are lying down!
Finished another book and cut the grass - quite a lazy day.
Spoke to a friend who was quite distressed as her husband has been in hospital 3 weeks with Coronavirus.  He has Parkinsons and is not in the best of health anyway.  I had no idea, as they were both fine when I had a chat at the beginning of the lockdown.  He must have gone into hospital soon afterwards.  Quite shocked
