Wind farm building tower

We had a drive out for only the second time in the last 5 weeks. It felt like an outing which is a bit sad as it was only for a click and collect.
We did take a very small detour on our way home to look at the harbour.
These towers are moored at Harwich Parkeston Quay and are used to erect the many wind turbines that are being placed on the east coast sandbanks. On a clear day the turbines are quite visible, set on the Gunfleet sands, from our attic windows. It is good to see renewable energy projects being set up. The arrays have also been found to create areas where sea life can thrive undisturbed. Double bonus.
I fill in a Covid19 tracker app every day. It is run by Kings in London in association with others(I forget who else). I had a text this afternoon to inform me of updated information. Dettol had issued a statement that their products must under no circumstances be injected or ingested. What a strange idea......whoever would have thought of doing that ....!!!!!
