Rose blooms are better in autumn after the very hot weather has passed.

Not much to report today, I’ve started reading a long autobiography by Malcolm Turnbull our last PM. Easy to read and interesting so far.

ANZAC day here today. I made ANZAC biscuits yesterday and remembered my grandfathers who both served in the trenches in WW1 and my mum who was in the AWAS ( Aust Women’s Army Service).

We are still getting some new Covid 19 cases each day and more old people are dying in nursing homes and hospitals. We are doing well in comparison to other countries but have to stay strong and keep up the good isolation practices for awhile longer.... take care blippers.
