When I went to get my hair cut a few days ago I decided to finally be brave and book an appointment for some colour to be put in it. I normally never do things to my hair. Apart from the very rare semi-permanent dye, the most I've done to it is henna. The idea of actually having to put bleach in my hair for colour to take was quite terrifying.

We decided to go for "peekaboo" colour underneath the top layer of hair so it was visible as my hair moved. That way I could see how I liked it, how the different colours worked and go from there. It was a lot of fun, it had blue, teal, a peacock green, purple and others. It was lovely!
