January Daily Challenge - Through

Day 28 of Neet's January daily challenge - Through: Take a photo of looking through something - through the window, through the gate, through the trees... whatever you please.

I had a number of thoughts for this one, but due to a lack of daylight, ended up going back to a technique I've used before for blip, but with a different prop.

Through a glass darkly - a glass paperweight, sat on a sheet of polarising film on my lightbox, and shot with a polarising filter on my camera, adjusted to "highlight" the dark areas.
