Bibimbap and Pieroth Wine

Had to post this picture in honor of LV as we opened a bottle of wine we brought back from a trip to the U.K. last year. The Bibimbap courtesy of Hello Fresh - the meal delivery company and prepared by L. Day of exercise yesterday a cycled to BG - 9 mile round trip and then played squash with a friend on an ingeniously created outdoor squash court with only 2 sides but marked up with red tape - socially distancing of course in the warm sunny afternoon. Some restaurants locally opened up and one had tables distanced all along the pavement with 2 hour wait times - too early in my opinion as the US in the words of the Buffoon in chief are definitely leading the world - but in all the wrong ways which is not what he means! - most cases and most deaths! We continue to be healthy but we’ll aware of so many suffering badly from this disease. But there is going to have to be a way to sensibly ease businesses back open - just don’t have a lot of faith in people being sensible, especially those who haven’t been directly affected.
