Rock cakes

I forgot to take a photo as we stayed in the garden today. I make some rock cakes for the first time. I used an old recipe in the Bero book. My mum had this about 50 years ago but I sent my old one to the WI near Newcastle. They were collecting all the editions of the book and making all the recipes. They offered to send me the new one but I didn’t realise I’d miss it. However I did and sent for the new one myself.
