The Lone Leaf...

......sort of like The Lone Ranger, only not nearly as exciting!! LOL. A cold, dreary day so a quick trip to the park for this blip--Tom stayed inside the car--& I was in and out in about two minutes; a new record! My bread from yesterday turned out well & the recipe was super easy. The only thing I'd change is the crisping up of the crust that was advised. The crust was really harder than I liked, although it tasted good, but I don't fancy breaking off a tooth. Tom loved the bread, but also thought the crust too hard, so next time I'll skip that part. I also want to try making a couple recipes given to me by fellow blippers, who say their recipes are easy. "Easy" I can do. Have a great weekend, and stay well!  :))
