Do you see the Mrs?

Hip-hip-hooray for a sunny AND warm day!! After walking around the UMA campus where the Mrs. used to work, we drove to a small pond to do some birding. I was so pleased to see a Drake, a male mallard duck, along the water’s edge on the opposite side. After several shots of him, I moved on to check out other sights and sounds. On our way out the Mrs. asked if I had seen the female mallard too, because she saw something moving behind him. Looking more closely I spotted her too! She appeared to be sitting on a nest with her protector close by. A lovely couple!
