Terracotta tile burger hot plate

Ant sent me a link to a YouTube video of a great burger.

It's just meat no additives but the process is important. It needed a cast iron cooking plate on the BBQ, I didn't have one so used a couple of terracotta tiles instead.

Burgers were fantastic, especially with homemade rolls and stilton.
