Negative Space

Lovely sunset this evening to round off another day that’s flown by. This episode that we’re experiencing is the first time I have had routine in my life for nearly 40 years. We’re a family that’s always worked odd hours but now we’re all home together doing “routine” things. My morning routine includes journaling, Qi Gong and standing on my head. Yes, you read that right. I loved doing headstands as a youngster and, for some reason, I’ve had a hankering to do them again so I’ve been practising every day and they’re getting better. We also get a game of Ludo in every day.

Watched “Oceans Eleven” tonight and ate the last of the Christmas Turkish Delight.
