Food stuff

So time trots on and I have started reading books that I promised myself I would read “when I have the time”. Sort of recipe books, the more wordy ones with stories, memories, beautiful words about food, lives and travel with a few recipes thrown in. And picking out some nice things to do with the tomatoes. Here the dressing included anchovy and garlic, after a couple of hours it all blended together beautifully.

Will has been around a lot more recently, we made profiteroles for our post BBQ pudding. He continues to have his priorities though and was too busy for the cream filling step.
