Balcony in the sun

Intended to read my Saturday DT on the balcony. Despite the cool breeze, ‘twas too hot and bright in the sun, even with my Tilly hat on. Was dozing off.

So back inside, updating blip, and catching up on Covid news. Deaths well down, but as they say, weekend figures may be unreliable. Busiest I’ve seen on the Overcliff, bikes, joggers...non stop stream of cars driving past and parked. If this is lockdown?

Mr B is making an early tea. Then At 5pm opening what should be a decent bottle of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - will leave some for my upstairs neighbour
