view from my lounge window....a quiet day...zoom church, some phone call, one from the govt regarding my ‘well being and mental health’....apparently i’ll be pit on the food shop booking list of some supermarket or other....
i asked if i really need to be on the list, even though it was 5 years ago i had it, the answer is yes ...to do with a dicky immune system....

the tinnitus apps really work and are very helpful....so all and all a good news day...
