Broad-bodied chaser

Last Sunday I saw my first damselfly of the year, a week later and its my first dragonfly. At first sight I assumed this was a female broad-bodied chaser but now I think it might be an immature male. The two look very similar but the shape of the abdomen is different and the immature male is bright ochre rather than yellowy-brown. If you look closely this one is exhibiting an unusual pose - its two front legs are tucked up behind its head in the flight position even though its perched. Is that immature enough?
