Daily exercise

After a chat with a friend in Australia, church, lunch in the garden and a catch up with my niece, another sunny day meant another cycle. This time I went for the Sandford loop rather than into town and with the added fun of running into two people I knew, and getting a chance to chat, which was lovely. This shot shows the newly upgraded cycle path, lovely piece of work, it forms part of Route 5, part of the National Cycle Network. I also finished my craft project, which I will leave for an upcoming indoor blip - likely to be handy given the weather forecast for the next week!
