Chippenham (Saturday 25th April 2020)

Having gone into Chippenham for some essential garden and kitchen supplies I found that because of queues I needed to delay for awhile, so decided to take my permitted exercise in John Coles Park, which lies midway between B&M's and Morrison's - my two prime destinations.
I know the park quite well as when C. lived in Chippenham, her house backed onto it, but it seems to be only the second time I have taken pictures there. It was equally empty on the other occasion, but that was because it was Christmas 2010 and the ground was thick with snow.
Both visits are in the album linked below. For blip I have chosen this Ceanothus (California Lilac) with St Paul's church spire in the background.
