The nursery

This is the area for the little veg seedlings who aren’t yet strong enough to live outside. There’s another area for the big, strong ones. The trouble with all this time to prepare the food factory is that I may just have overdone it. I am now setting up swaps, bartering and donations among local friends to ensure that all the veg end up with a good home and a hungry family. This year, we shall be growing: courgettes, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, beetroot, potatoes, onions, radishes, aubergines, peppers, peas, squash, cabbages, cauliflowers and lettuce. That should do us!
