Adder be this one today!

A mixed day of cloud and sunshine.  Went for my walk this morning, sunny, lots to see again and also another first for me seeing the adder.  I heard it hiss, looked down to my right and there it was slowly moved the camera in the right direction and then walked away!  In extras, hadn't looked to see what the challenge was, so another photo of grass, and a butterfly.

Back home put some washing out, my friend came round with my shopping and we had a chat, another friend dropped some rhubarb off at my gate.  Had rhubarb and custard for lunch and made a crumble for the freezer.  Sat in the garden and read, had a cuppa and phoned a friend.

May have to do some more cooking tomorrow as the forecast isn't looking good.
