The view!

So this is what is left of the huge wood pile ....

I took this and some others just now to send to my lovely cousin in London, he was so surprised to hear we still had snow....he's picking daisies of the lawn!!!   We only chat maybe once a year, but it is always just so wonderful - he's the next one in age to me (i was the first grandchild) and we were very close as children!   It was scary to hear that 2 of his sons have had Covid but thankfully they have recovered well.  

we did get some more snow but it has melted...but tomorrow is supposed to be a lovely surprise of about 8".
