World's Best Chicken Pasties

A drive-in diner which is open year-round. In Northern Minnesota no less. I was impressed.

I could tell you all about the rest of my day but it was so predictably "Monday" that I think you all know the routine. That said, a late day, four hour drive to the tundra allowed me to catch up on world news on the satelite radio and phone a dear friend on the west coast. So the day was not a total wipe out.
