Linen press drawer handle

We pull on this drawer handle on a daily basis, thinking of all the family members who have done the same over the years, Lorna included.

It's from a large linen press. We think that it dates from the late eighteenth century. Lorna's niece remembers the linen press from Raglan House in Malvern, where Lorna was living when she wrote her war diary.
