Rain on the way

A lovely sunny day. Showers were forecast but we got nothing but a few spots of rain.

In the early evening the light on the water was wonderful. There were a few of us along the village taking photos of it! I was tempted to use my camera, but it keeps mysteriously switching itself off when in use, also the zoom goes out but is reluctant to retract again. I may have to have it serviced or cleaned or overhauled. Anyone got any helpful hints, please feel free to let me know!

Meanwhile, the simplicity of just carrying a phone and taking photos with it, is so much less of a faff!
