Strange precipitation

Hasn't stopped all day and garden is glugging it.
Didn't go for walk this morning and have concentrated on indoor jobs.

Grandson is tackling family tree so have been able to give him all the details I have collected over the years.  He is young enough to have people around who can give him information.
He is amazed at the size of families in years gone by!
