Dealing with the dandelions in the lawn

This chap and his two mates were feasting on the dandelion seeds today.  The greenfinch population seems to be recovering, at least locally, and they are colourful additions to the garden birds.

Dull and cool today - what a contrast to the last fortnight.  Need rain for the garden though.
