Oh the Pain .....!

Mr WS likes to keep fit. He's an oarsman really although I did convert him to sailing as well. He has a Concept2 rowing machine and other machines of torture in the attic.
He also likes to do some weight training. It was raining here today so it had to be done in the garage. He didn't realise I was spying on him :))
