A spot of baking

Well as it rained all day and I was stuck in doors I decided to try a bit of biscuit making....having taken inspiration from a few of you ladies I thought why not. Apologies to whoever gave me their recipe as I used my daughters recipe. It shows how my oven has hot spots where the biscuits cooked more in certain areas.
