Purple Drops

The weather in lockdown feels like it has just been eternal sunshine. Well that came to a real end today, we've had varying levels of rain for pretty much the whole day.

Today is Immy's 21st birthday. We had a short, socially distanced meet up which was great as we've not seen her since lockdown began. Bigger celebrations deferred for now.

Camera club this evening, a fun challenge where members had submitted close-up or macro shots to be identified. We ran through the close-ups before a break and then ran them again later, each one followed by a "reveal". It was great fun and there were some intriguing shots. Good practice too.

A few minutes in the garden early evening, in the dull and wet conditions it was an exercise in high ISO!
