Ready steady cook!

We had a great time taking part in an online competition with our extended family! Ingredients were: chicken, spinach, potato, fruit of your choice (mango), cheese of your choice (Boursin), sun dried tomatoes. We made chicken stuffed with tomato and mango salsa on a potato scone, with a Boursin and spinach sauce. Yum!
