Euphorbia?

This little green sprig is in the vase with the peonies and each of the little clusters of flowers plus leaves is just the size of a 10p coin. Do you think it is a form of euphorbia or do you have any other suggestions? Thank you!
Update...Chamaeleo has identified it as hare's ear (Bupleurum rotundifolium).
