Lockdown: Day 36

With the weather set to change I spent much of the day doing outdoor jobs ……. lawn mowing and edging, weeding, and painting the lower part of a window that much of the paint had flaked off. 

When the garden was finished and before the last coat of paint I had a walk around the shops. 7 are open …… butcher, hardware, deli, fruit and veg, bike shop,Tesco and Spar. The Apple Pie Bakery is now advertising online ordering for collection on Fridays so I’ll stock up from there next week. 

The photo is of Zeffirellis cinema. Work started on the outdoor seating area but, like the Co-op refurbishment up the road, everything stopped when lockdown was announced.
