The supervisor

Today some road repair works have started in the street were our care center is situated. Those coblestone streets here in Bruges get easily damaged by the daily traffic. So every few years repairs are a must. One of our elderly people was watching the ongoing repairs. I aksed him if everything went fine outside? He said , yes this si my companie doing the works. I have to watch my constructionworkers if they are doing their jobs. I will only pay for the hours they have worked excluding the rest hours. It was so funny to hear him talking. He has been a busdriver in his active years and loves to study all kinds of machinery
