TREES
The Wide Wednesday theme today is tree or trees. This shot wasn't my original choice. I had intended blipping the lovely cherry trees near the cricket club which are loaded with blossom. But its been a rainy day and I didn't leave the house. So here you have the view across the allotments from my bedroom window. Lots of lovely trees including my own special holly tree beside the back gate. Of course in Winter I get a very different view when the trees are bare. But my holly never changes. Thanks to RockArea for hosting.

So I've spent the day indoors. But I haven't been entirely idle. Becky and I did a 45 min workout using Whatsapp. Good to have a catch up with her while we exercised.
Neil messaged to let me know he had done a Marathon this morning. He set off around 6am when he knew the streets would be empty and he did repetitive laps around the block. He passed his house every 6 mins. ( and was often tempted to give up and nip back home ). Took him 3 hrs 55 mins. Well done Neil.
Made minced beef hash for my tea. A Slimming World recipe. Nice tasty comfort food on a nasty wet day.
Great British Menu and Sewing Bee on TV this evening - two favourites.
